Mica Heaters

Material: thickness is: 0.25mm or 0.51 mm, taking 0.51mm as thickness when inputting voltage exceeds 250v is suggested.

Resistance precision: ±10% or 0.5Ω(taking max)

Medium strength: 0.010" insulation: 1000VRMS

0.020" insulation: 2000VRMS.

Installation: the bolt goes through the heater and back board to fix.

Electrify in advance: On first electrify, interior organic binding will burn out and create few smokes, each layer of heater are separated and thus no need re-installation.

Down-lead: mica/glass is insulated and cooper wire are nickel-plating, fixed by high temperature-resistant.
