The method is to put the module on a test –bed and subject it to electric current for 6 seconds and after another 18 seconds, a new cycle is beginning. During the test, the curent is adjusted make the hot side temperature reach 125℃ at the end of every 6 seconds. The change between heating and cooling repeats 900 times and the total tesing time is 12 hours.
The high-temperature TEC produced with the high-emperature soldering flux by Huayu Company can operate for long-time at 150℃,200℃ and 250℃, The conductor tab and alumina ceramic plate in the module are sintered together, so as to assure the stability of products.
